Hako-Reirou

"Hako-Reirou" is a two-story accommodation built in 2023, located a 12-minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station, with a concept of "Extraordinary Delight." The 113-square-meter space includes two bedrooms and a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area of 30 tatami mats, allowing for up to eight guests.

Hakone-Yumoto is one of the most popular tourist spots within the Hakone area, beloved by both Japanese and international travelers due to its easy access from the city. The area offers stunning seasonal scenery, along with various museums, art galleries, and leisure facilities, as well as numerous events throughout the year, including the New Year's Hakone Ekiden relay race. Dotted with historical landmarks, such as the old highway and the renowned "Kumano Shrine," the area retains a charm reminiscent of old Japan.

As a hot spring town, Hakone-Yumoto also features numerous day-use hot spring facilities for visitors to enjoy. A local specialty is the classic hot spring manju (steamed bun), which can be sampled at "Hakone no Otsukisama," a shop located just a 5-minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Be sure to stop by during your stroll.
